LP investing is about investing in local businesses; and developing a local town, suburb, or area. Whereas, stock investing is about national investing, and investing in US businesses; and doing this improves the United States. So, the advantages of investing locally are many!! And that's why partnership & limited partnership busineses abounded in the early 20th century!
Franchise Businesses
Investing in franchise businesses is "IN" in the USA! Why? Because cash cow franchise businesses earn $2-$8 million annually. Sharp Sheets (sharpsheets.io) reports that Chick-Fil-A businesses earn, on average, a net profit of $8 million dollars a year.

The LP Eco-System
Local limited partner investors fuel the growth of their own communities by investing in local limited partnership cash cows and gold mines.

Limited partnership businesses are, also, about partner perks. So, if a LP water park business forms; and then shortly thereafter, the partners construct their water park, like the one shown to the right, then all of the companies partners are, typically, granted "usage rights". Partner perks can include: credit cards, lease cars, insurance, and more!
LPs = Facility Assets!
Development of limited partnership business facilities in a nation increases the number of usable, needed facilities; & the number of assets available in a nation. Assets harden a nation's currency. Asset-based loans drive the world's banking & mortgage industries. And finally, when people develop new real estate projects these new assets, then, stabilize, and strengthen, their nation's national economy. Assets produce lots of tax dollars, too.
LPs Produce More Home Owner Salaries!
Also, there is this. Typically, 10-15 limited partnership company employees are home owners. They, usually, earn:
4-6 Salaried Employees = $35k - $55k
4-8 Permanent Employees = $24k-$27k
Whereas, small business employees, and franchise business employees, are, typically, apartment renters.
Stakeholders vs Stockholders
Stakeholders are company owners and also, company partners. In Harvard Business Review, July of 2012, they state 'that there is a growing body of evidence that suggests a shareholder is NOT a company owner'. Also, stakeholder returns are bigger than share -holder dividends. Additonally, an individual can lose all of their investment in 1-4 weeks if they invest in a high risk mutual fund.
Whereas, limited partners, hope to earn between 10-20 times what they invested in 10 years or less.
